Who We Are
& What We Do
Our Organization
We united as individuals and quickly began working as one. “Stewards of Skagit” is a dedicated group of members with shared goals.
Our community is incredibly important to us, and we aim to protect it from the kind of growth that threatens our Valley.
The term “Stewards” carries a beautiful meaning—it signifies watching over something with care.
Our goal is to safeguard our community, ensuring that land is used appropriately, and keeping a vigilant eye on our wildlife, waterways, and citizens. We strive to foster growth in Skagit County, creating a future that everyone can enjoy.
Our Mission
The organization will operate solely to provide the residents of Skagit County with a unified voice on issues impacting the long-term prosperity and sustainability of the Skagit Valley.
“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”
